PLEASE HELP/SHARE (UPDATED): We currently have 22 rescued dogs here with us, still searching for their Forever Homes, many of them are having a hard time finding families of their own due to health problems or temperament issues due to past lives prior to rescue. They have nowhere else to go and we need to keep them safe. Thanks to some plans in the works with some of our rescue friends, we may have treatment covered for the heart-worm positive boys and girls, and a way to get the meds they need to our vet more quickly than waiting for the back-order. Repairs and weatherization of the kennel are in full swing, and we just had some fire-wood delivered for the kennels wood-stove to keep the furkids toasty. We still need to raise money to cover some of the bigger repairs, and re-build our medical quarantine room and Mama/puppy room that were wiped out with the flood damage. We are also playing catch-up on the bills for operating costs and vetting that have mounted. If we can do this, there is a light at the end of the tunnel- we have plans in place to generate income to cover the costs going forward. If you could help by donating even just a few dollars, it all adds up. We still need to need to raise over $1500 by mid-November to keep the rescue kennel and property out of foreclosure and need your help to be able to do this. Please help and share if you can. We and the rescued boys and girls appreciate it more than you could know. This is our home and our calling, and the only place that many of them have ever known real love and security.
