PLEASE KEEP THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE IN MIND FOR THIS UPCOMING WEEKEND: **SATURDAY, JUNE 22ND:** 1:00-5:00pm: Coronado HS gym will be open for warmup keiko, etc. (Side gym will be available-approx. one basketball court size) 3:00pm: MANDATORY VOLUNTEER MEETING (at Coronado HS gym) We request all volunteers to wear a white polo shirt and dark pants/shorts (on tournament day). 4:00pm: MANAGER/COACH MEETING (Coronado HS gym) We will have a team drawing to decide tournament placement. Team order must be submitted at the meeting prior to the team drawing. Junior committee will draw on behalf of any federation not present at the Manager/Coach meeting. **SUNDAY, JUNE 23RD:** 7:00am: Gym Opens 7:30-7:45am: Shinpan Meeting 7:45am: ALL KENSHI MUST BE CHECKED IN AND WARMED UP 8:00am: Opening Ceremony Morning: Individual Championships Afternoon: Team Championships ~5:00pm: Tournament estimated end time
