HERE IS A SOLUTION FOR YOU.. “she always felt guilty because of her relationship with him, she thought that she was truly in love with him and that her love will defeat that feeling of guilt which was growing inside of her… she heard many times that having a boyfriend is Haram in Islam but she was hesitated to stop her relationship with her lover. One day she read this Hadith Qudsi where Allah (subhanahu wa ta’ala) says in a part of it:” And if he (my servant) draws near to Me an arms length, I draw near to him a fathoms length. And if he comes to Me walking, I go to him at speed. “ that Hadith touched her so much that she decided to draw near to Allah and take a step towards HIM by talking to her bf about her intention of leaving him. She told him that Allah forbade for Muslims to take bf/gf and that they should leave one another to please Allah. As she thought, he wasn’t convinced by the arguments she gave to him and he assured her that he will be totally devastated if she leaves him. When she noticed that he was so hurt with her decision , she decided to stay with him. In that time she chose pleasing him over pleasing her Lord. She chose the love of a creature over the love of her Creator. But somehow, she wasn’t satisfied with her decision. In that night, she couldn’t sleep. The feeling of guilt was hunting her. “What if I die now and the angels of death come to take my soul? “ she said to herself ”What will I say to my Creator when I will meet HIM? will I tell HIM that I didn’t leave my bf because I didn’t want him to get hurt? That I am insisting in disobeying HIM by staying in this relationship because I want to please my bf?!!” All the pain, all the guilt and the despair that she was going through in that moment turn to silent tears which were falling to wash her face “Ya Allah, help me” she whispered in her pillow. Then, after some sleepless hours, she heard Fajr Adhan “Allahu Akbaru ! Allahu Akbar!” she felt that she was hearing Adhan for the first time in her life : “Allahu Akbar” yes! Indeed, Allah is Akbar, HE is Akbar (Greater ) than all her pains and worries, HE is The Helper, HE is the Healer! After performing Wudu, she stood up to perform Salah. In her last Sujud, she couldn’t stop her tears from falling… She kept whispering:”ya Allah I have greatly wronged myself and none forgives the sins but You; so please bestow Your Forgiveness upon me. No doubt, You are the Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.”! Ya Allah help me to defeat my weak nafs and help me to please YOU,ya Rahman, ya Raheem.” After her final tasleem, she felt a great relief as if the tears which washed her face, washed out her worries and all her fears as well! “Every tear we shed break us except the tears we shed for Allah… they mend us and strengthen our broken spirits !!” She smiled when she remembered this quote! Yes, she feels stronger than ever. She closed her eyes with determination ; She will leave her bf today, no more delay! She took her decision and she won’t care anymore about what he will think or feel. From now on, Allah comes first in her priorities and what will really count for her is how she can please HIM, for HE is the Master of the heaven and the earth and most of all the only Master of her heart.
