The ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the above Society will take place on the 28th April 2014 at 8 pm to be held at the Menzies Room Upwey Memorial Hall Victoria Ave Weymouth DT3 5NG. Items for the Agenda and nominations for officers and committee must be in accordance with the Society’s Constitution and Rules and must be submitted in writing and received by the Hon Secretary not less than fourteen days before the meeting ie 14.4.14. All nominations must be signed by the proposer and seconder and the nominee must confirm in writing their willingness to stand for election.
