PLEASE READ AND WATCH AS I GET SCREWED BY BOOST MOBILE. I buy a moto g then 11 days later the charging messes up and the store refuses to exchange it for me TELLING ME THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO FOR ME. I call boost Mobile and all they do is tell me to call moto g even though boost has a 14 day return policy. After speaking with 3 different people one of them finally decides to file a case against the store for me but still I have no phone after the battery dies and I wasted 3 hours of MY life and gas. The customer service manage then says I would compensate for your lost with credits but the account is too new sorry. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH CRICKET. I HOPE THAT SOMEONE FROM BOOST MOBILE SEES THIS POST AND CONTACTS ME TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE
