PLEASE READ! CELEBRATING MY BIRTHDAY next week at this time! Each birthday is a big deal to me for I celebrate another year of life but also a part of me feels I have another personal chance to catch the potential my dad never did since he didnt make it to 30. I share this alot as a youth speaker, teacher and coach with transparency because I strongly feel this world needs more fatherly figures to step up their game and a majority of my students are in the shoes and can relate with the awkwardness I once felt. 68% of fatherless sons at one point of their life are incarcerated. Look into the schools of today and you will see minimal fatherly influence supporting these kids at home. I am not here bashing dads for I know so many great ones but I am sharing the awareness of my 15 years teaching Kindergarten to College and speaking at hundreds of school campuses. I am extremely PROUD to say I was raised by a single mom but I would be lying to you by saying I never prayed to have a dad to teach me how to be a man. This is WHY I strongly believe in MENtorship, Coaching, Self Empowerment Education and Personal Development. That being said I NEED YOUR HELP. In 2015 I am determined to connect with as many schools, youth centers, college campuses and non-profits that want to positively impact our youth. Also I am 100% determined to raise the spirits of young men out there who feel they are different, alone and not man enough to live their dreams.
