As progress is made you will be emailed . If youre constantly questioning my progress, it will only hinder the progress. I do not tolerate rudeness. 3. I do not deliver local orders. All items are shipped USPS and ALL come with a tracking number including freebies. I ship USPS first-class by default (3-5 days). Sometimes USPS only scans package when package is delivered so you may or may not be able to track it. Tracking number is emailed to you when package is shipped. 4. PAYMENT IS DUE UPFRONT. I DO NOT PROVIDE SAMPLES BEFORE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE. Refunds: If a refund is requested it will be minus 30% of order total unless it is due to a circumstance that is my fault. In that case a full refund will be given. 5. Please do not pay, disappear for weeks and return rushing me to complete your order. Also, If you disappear, please do not expect me to stop what Im doing to continue your order when you return. You will be placed at the end of the line. 6. My designs do not come with unlimited revisions. My revision limit is 3. There will be a $5 charge for each one after 3. Once your final digital design has been finalized by you and emailed to you, there will be a charge for any changes made to it from there. 7. No design is one size fits all. What works on Vistaprint may not work on another printing site. Your FB cover photo will not fit perfectly as an Etsy banner, Big Cartel Banner etc. Please know exactly what you need before ordering. I will not be held responsible for the wrong item being ordered by you. 8. No rainchecks on specials or any other orders. Please be prepared to complete your order within 2 weeks. Pleas 9. I currently do not provide eps,ai or svg files. Only high quality jpeg, png, pdf or psd files are available. Please know what you need before ordering.
