PLEASE SHARE! Lady and Thumper are a bonded sister-brother pair. They are currently in a foster home with two other dogs and all get along great. Thumper is the more outgoing and confident one of the two. When it comes to meeting people, Lady will follow Thumpers lead. Thumper loves meeting the human ladies but when it comes to men he is timid at first but as long as I show him the way, he is fine and will warm up and then eventually his head will be in your lap nudging to be petted. It takes Lady a little longer but again, if I show her the way she will warm up. They love going on walks and are easy to walk together – actually they are walked with the two dogs at the same time. They love being outdoors chasing squirrels and chipmunks as well as taking naps soaking up the sun. Thumper will take plush dog toys and bury them in the yard – it is hilarious to watch. They love to be near each other as they definitely enjoy each other’s company and will frequently engage in play. They have frequented the dog park where Thumper engages in play with dogs all shapes and sizes where Lady will quietly walk around and likes to be near me. We also frequent the trails around the Richmond parks. They have great house manners and are very gentle and quiet. They are full house privileges too! They loves their treats and know that when I leave the house they get their treats so they are looking for the cue for me to leave. They also ride well in the car. Lady and Thumper are an easy pair and I find them very lovable, gentle, affectionate and sweet. Ask to meet them and you will not be disappointed.
