The Clinical Coordinator, in consultation with the Practice Manager and the multidisciplinary team, provides clinical leadership in all aspects of the operations of the clinic. They work collaboratively with all levels of management, clinicians and support staff and relevant community agencies to facilitate an effective patient focused service. We are seeking an outcomes driven Clinic Coordinator to: • Provide clinical leadership in all aspects of the operations of the clinic • Assist in the development and implementation of an outreach service • Develop culturally appropriate programs and activities, and keep monthly and yearly statistics re patient numbers, costs of equipment, supplies and maintenance To be successful in this role you will need: • Associate degree in nursing (ADN) • Minimum 5 years of professional nursing experience. • Understands and fulfils duty of care, with excellent operational management skills. • Exceptional people skills embracing diversity and promoting groups and individuals. • Ability to build, maintain and lead an effective team. • Effectively manage conflict situations. • Experience in planning, scheduling, coordinating, and assigning work and establishing goals and priorities for nursing and support staff in a health care setting. Ability to resolve problems encountered by employees and/ or patients during the course of the assigned shift.
