PLEASE SIGN & SHARE this petition to the President of Kenya. "We the citizens and friends of Kenya, request President Uhuru Kenyatta, to stop the poaching and destruction of Kenya by: 1. Legislating an emergency law to recognise that wildlife crime is a serious crime, not a petty one, equivalent to drug trafficking. And it therefore must incur similar sentences of 15 years in jail for killing wildlife or illegally trading in wildlife products. 2. Immediately initiating a crackdown on corruption in state organisations responsible for wildlife enforcement and international trade, while at the same time mobilising forces to crush the criminal cartels. 3. Initiating talks with the leaders of China, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam and other countries that are consuming ivory and rhino horn to stop the demand for our products."
