PLEASE STOP MAKING JOKES ABOUT ROBIN WILLIAMS SUICIDE. Why, you ask?? Because it *truly hurts* a lot of friends and family who have lost someone to this tragedy. As someone who not only lost the Love Of Her Life but WITNESSED it, I can safely tell you suicide is NO laughing matter. I understand you may not understand it, its an uncomfortable subject so therefore you use humor to dissipate the tension...however, your jokes make light of the worst time in our lives and mocks the pain that still engulfs us. Those who have lost someone to suicide? We dont move *on*...we move *with*, so your flippancy hurts us almost as much as the ignorance from which it stems. Please educate yourself about this topic, and please take these comments down by the end of the day. If not? First thing tomorrow morning expect a call from me to tell you where I feel picking brainmatter out of my hair for two weeks rated on the humor scale. Now I believe in the first amendment and the right to say what you want...but I also believe in freedom of choice; and my unequivocal right to choose not to be associated with people who make callous statements that reopen an already raw wound...one that I know will never heal. To put it another way....would you post dead baby jokes to a place where the mothers of the children being beheaded overseas could see? Perhaps indeed you may to get the laugh and hide behind the anonymity of the net...but guaranteed if you had the b**ls to say it to their face expect at the very least a kick to the teeth, because thats the emotional response such a loss would provoke. Its the same type of general rule here. Dont claim to condemn the Westboro Baptist Church of picketing at soldiers funerals and then turn around and commit an act of (albeit unintended but ignorant) cruelty towards those of us while not at a funeral, still in mourning. If you want to ask questions about this topic? Call me or any other survivor of suicide. We are all experts on the topic. If not? Again, please take it upon yourself to get educated on the topic...but until then?.Respectfully.....shut the f*** up about it. Thank you.
