PLEASE share my page. This company is just re-chewing everything they have already said. They acknowledged my e-mails went to spam but refuse to reimburse or replace the product. I need more supports to reach the right people to get this company held accountable. Imagine buying something, waiting over a month for it to arrive so you e-mail the company to ask where it is with NO reply. The product finally arrives and breaks almost instantly so you contact the company again. Again NO reply. What is your next course of action, return it of course. In the same packaging with the receipt and an explanation. Sent return to sender. You wait for a new one or credit which never comes. You then find another e-mail on the site and contact that one. After speaking to one person who refuses to look up your account you thankfully find the transaction #. After a lengthy drawn out communication game they then send you to another person. That person acknowledges your communications went to their SPAM folder but tell you it is not their problem, gives you endless word twisting games and then says shipping will talk to you, in a week or two!! Now imagine this all starting AUGUST 9TH!!!!!!!!!!!! It is now March 10th!! This is completely unacceptable!! Please SHARE this page and help me reach enough people and get this companies protocols and poor business practices out there. Thank you!!
