PLease pass this on .... filtering brings extra responsibility. Remember when you are filtering, you are , in effect, forming a third lane of traffic which predestrians are not expecting. Please be carefull because an incident like this is likely to be YOUR FAULT. In built up areas please look out for pedestrians, they make mistakes too, but you can look out for them. Filter at a reasonable speed and look well ahead for hazards.
