PM Modi releases biography of Sardar Patel in Braille New Delhi, July 24: The Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, released a biography of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel in Braille. This has been prepared by Dr. A Saibaba Goud, for the benefit of the visually challenged. Dr Goud also runs the Devnar School for the Blind, in Hyderabad. Keepijng in mind the urge of the blind kids to study, Dr. Goud has come up with a book in Braille which would in turn help many blind kids to get off their darkness and unveil their knowledge to the world.
