PMA ENTRANCE EXAMINATION 2013 The Philippine Military Academy is all set to administer the PMA Cadet Qualification Test (PMACQT) during the PMA Entrance Examination on August 25, 2013 in the thirty-seven (37) examinationcenters all throughout the country. The PMACQT is a written examination composed of algebra and geometry, grammar and composition, reading and comprehension, verbal and numerical reasoning and pattern analysis. This is the first phase in the selection process for cadetship in PMA. Passing said qualification test would entitle the cadet applicant to proceed to the second phase which is the Complete Physical Examination (CPE) to be conducted at the AFP Medical Center, V.Luna, Quezon City. PMA is once again expecting an influx in the number of applicants this year considering the last year, there was a total of almost 22,754 interested youth who submitted their application form for a shot to take the test. Only 14,450 of them were able to take the PMACQT. The highest number of takers so far since 1994. Application to take the PMACQT can be made by sending to the Office of Cadet Admission through mail the application form and the required documents to be attached such as the NSO Certified Birth Certificate and authenticated copy of Form 137. Interested applicants can also avail of the on-line application by logging in the PMA website, pma.ph. To those who were not able to submit their application form thru the means identified above, they can still apply through the “walk-in” procedure. They will just have to report to the nearest examination center in their place with the requirements. The Master List of the names of the qualified applicants together with their permit numbers is also posted in the website. They can check said website if their names are included in it.
