PNP RIZAL PREPARES FOR TYPHOON “RUBY” Rizal Police Provincial Office/ December 5, 2014 10:00AM- In preparation for the possible landing of typhoon Ruby” and assure the operational readiness of Rizal Provincial Police, simultaneous inspection was conducted by PSSUPT BERNABE MENDOZA BALBA, Provincial Director, RPPO together with RPPSC, All COPs Line Police Stations and the Chiefs of City and Municipalities of DRRMOs of the Province of Rizal. PD BALBA also attended the meeting for pre-disaster assessment together with the provincial disaster management team. Search and Rescue as well as Disaster Task Group were also established for possible deployment. Inventory of SAR equipment was also conducted to ensure its effectiveness. Number of evacuation center was also established.
