PNP –CNPPO Press Release Authority: PCI HONESTO ANTONIO GARON Public Information Officer Camarines Norte Police Provincial Office Camp Wenceslao Q Vinzons, Daet, Camarines Norte Date : 13 July 2013 Mercedes Police Arrest Suspect for Acts of Lasciviousness On July 12, 2013 at about 06:30 AM, at Purok1, Barangay 2, Mercedes, Camarines Norte, elements of Mercedes Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PO2 Melchor Asis Rojo arrested Emmanuel Gudin y Camacho, 48 years old, single, helper and a resident at aforementioned place. In the report submitted by PCI MARTIN PACYO NGADAO JR, Officer in Charge of Mercedes MPS, to PSSUPT MOISES CUDAL PAGADUAN, Acting Provincial Director of Camarines Norte Police Provincial Office, disclosed that suspect was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest, issued on July 03, 2013 by Hon Judge Arniel A Dating of RTC Branch 40, Daet, Camarines Norte. Suspect is facing criminal complaint for the crime of Acts of Lasciviousness in relation to Republic Act 7610, docketed under criminal case number 15666 and with eighty thousand pesos (Php 80,000.00) bail recommended. Arrested person is now under the custody of Mercedes MPS for proper disposition. (PO1 Aceron, BKG)
