POINTLESS VIEW OF FEMI FANI KAYODE, JONATHAN SUPPORTERS POLITICAL ANTICS ABOUT BUHARI CERTIFICATE. It is four weeks to the presidential election and PDP is drowning. You can see and feel their pulsating anguish grasping for breath as they are drowning in nothing more than their own idiocy of zero common sense. Almost every sentence made by their presidential candidate Goodluck Jonathan, during his political campaign rallies become repulsive and belly ache to anyone with common sense. Common sense is below logical reasoning and bereft of any critical thinking. Goodluck Jonathan couldnt even put together any speech that can woo people common sense because his reasoning sinks below the common sense and cant even rise to the poor level of any ordinary surface thinker. Even if APC stop campaigning today, Jonathan already made enough damning statements that will cost him this election and he will continue to make those damning statements till election day. Now on the issue of school cert which Jonathan and his zero common sense supporters are trying to use desperately to set the whole Nigeria on fire as if we dont have enough existing predicament. If anyone certification need to be verified, it is a PhD holder (Port Harcourt Diploma, I heard that is what Jonathan PhD stand for) who lacks common sense in public speaking that needs to be investigated. As this school certification issue become a big problem for PDP, those of us with common sense, lets look at this with common sense, shall we? The Nigerian constitution states that; “A person shall be qualified for election to the office of President if: (a) He is a citizen of Nigeria by birth (b) He has attained the age of forty years(c) He is a member of a political party and is sponsored by that political party; and (d) He has been educated up to at least School certificate level OR ITS EQUIVALENT. The emphases on Its Equivalent. Major General Muhammad Buhari is a graduate of U.S. Army War College, the class of 1980. This certification is greater than a school cert that is requested by Nigeria constitution. Lets look at this scenario. Say for example you are seeking for a job. The job description says, you must have a working car of your own to be able to get to work OR EQUIVALENT OF A CAR, because there are no public transport that will take you to that job. You drove a Tipper Truck to work, and other staffs at work who doesnt want you in the job said, you are not qualified for the job because you dont have a car. They poking at you, go bring your car, go bring your car. Cant these other employees go to the employer and look at the written qualification statement and ask WHAT COULD QUALIFIES AS EQUIVALENT OF A CAR?? I know those of reading this are not slow and you have common sense. But for Jonathan supporters like Femi Fani Kayode, lets make it clear for them in literal terms. This issue is not about Buhari or if he has a certificate (a car). This issue is constitutional issue of what could be the equivalent of a school cert. Let PDP go to Supreme Court for further interpretation. When a particular clause in constitution become contentious issue of law, it is necessary to address such issue of the law by those who have the power to interpret and amend the law. Do Femi Fani Kayode really claimed to have a law degree and any brain to go with it? He should stop running around media shops unintelligent with zero common sense and do what is necessary. Challenge the constitution and take the case to supreme court for further interpretation of what EQUIVALENT means and what qualifies as EQUIVALENT on this issue. PDP should let Nigerians know that U.S. Army War College Certificate does not qualifies as higher than school cert equivalency. These four shallow questions were also part of the PDP certification debacle. Read them carefully and have a good laugh. 1. Did Major General Muhammadu Buhari (rtd) submit any academic certificate(s) when he contested in 2003, 2007 and 2011 Presidential elections. MTH: If Buhari didnt submit any document and contested in previous elections, whose fault was that? Buhari or INEC that didnt do their job? You can only sue INEC for past electoral issues. 2. “Has Buhari submitted any academic certificate(s) in respect of the upcoming February 14, presidential election? MTH: You dont even need logic and deductive reasoning for this question. INEC already said publicly that Buhari submitted an affidavit and that is fine with them. This question is utterly useless and brainless because if Buhari submitted academic certificates, then there will be no need for affidavit. But since you know he submitted affidavit, why are you asking for academic certificate? Didnt PDP Vice President also submitted affidavit? You cant submit both academic certificate and affidavit, only one is required. Did I not say these PDP people dont have common sense? 3. “Does an affidavit in lieu of academic certificates not require a candidate to list their academic qualifications and certificates obtained? MTH: Isnt this INEC problem to know exactly what other academic or work qualification which would be an EQUIVALENT to academic certificate? You PDP dont get to make that decision. And if you are so hell bent on it, take up a case with INEC on what should qualify as EQUIVALENT of school cert. This last zero common sense question will knock your socks off. 4. “Did Buhari submit a birth certificate or a sworn affidavit of age declaration in respect of the upcoming February 14 election?” MTH: Birth Certificate?? Age declaration? Are these illiterates in Jonathan camp saying Buhari is below the age to contest for Presidency, is there age limit to contest this elected office? or these mischievous lots are saying the man is not even a Nigerian? LOL!!!! How low and desperate can PDP go? Im telling you that these belligerent, unintelligent, mischievous and nitwit Jonathan supporters doesnt have what it takes to stand against APC or Buhari.
