*POKEÉMON FANFIC* #KurosJourney Okay guys, this is Chapter one of my Pokémon Fan Fiction. I hope you enjoy reading it as I enjoy writing it. All criticism is welcomed and so is Fan art. If youd be awesome and draw some, then Id definitely post it along with future chapters. So, here it is. Enjoy... Chapter 1: The Journey Begins. The wind brushed slowly trough Twinleaf town and the sun beamed through Kuros window, striking his face and spreading its warmth across his head and shoulders. He wearily lifted his head and rubbed his left eye as he peered through his window, the sun still harsh on his eyes. He smiled as he looked out into the small uneventful town he had called home for all fourteen years of his simple life. But today was the day it would all change. For today, Kuro would choose his starter Pokémon and begin his journey... He dragged himself downstairs and said a weary Good morning to his mother as she handed him some toast and looked him up and down as she did. He was wearing boots, a black tank top with a red Pokéball pattern on the bottom left corner, dark grey ripped jeans with a chain hanging from his belt, fingerless gloves and a black bandanna which he kept tightening as he ate his breakfast. After fiddling with it for a while, he decided he was content with it and his long crimson fringe fell into his face, slightly covering his right eye. Have you decided which starter youll be choosing? His mother asked him. Mhm. Came the muffled response. Good. Now be quick, or youre going to be late! She scorned. He grabbed his brown leather satchel and hurried somewhat skittishly out the door and bid his mother farewell. As he approached the adge of the quinte town, he was stopped by his life-long friend and rival Curse. Curse was a little shorter than Kuro. He wore dark blue jeans, a purple hoodie with Gengars face on the front and a black beanie hat. He had medium ebony hair that stuck out of his beanie a little. So, todays the big day! He exclaimed. The day we leave this sorry town and start our Pokémon journey. Yeah, I cant wait. You decided which starter youre choosing yet? Kuro asked him. Oh, I already have my starter. My dad got my it specially from the Hoenn region. He pulled a Pokéball out of the pocket of his hoodie and pressed the button of it. Light shone from it and out came a small green Trecko. Isnt it cool?? Curse proclaimed. Kuro looked at the odd creature. I dunno. Looks kinda derpy to me.. He said. After a short walk from Twinleaf Town the duo finally made it to the warm Sandgem town and looked at the amazing Pokémon lab in awe and wonder... They walked into the laboratory and were greeted by Professor Rowan. After the introductions were done with and the boys were given their Pokédexes, he presented Kuro with three Pokéballs. Its time to choose your starter. Without any hesitation, Kuro reached for the Pokéball on the right and threw it into the air. Go, Chimchar! he exclaimed. There, in front of the two friends stood the adorable little fire monkey. What do you want to name her? Rowan asked. HER?? Replied Kuro, shocked. But I was hoping for a male Chimchar?? Too bad. Rowan asertted , shooting Kuro a dirty look. The two friends walked out from the lab and journeyed to the small, nearby beach. The set up tents and with Chimchars help they stayed up by a campfire. Im glad were finally starting out our journey Proclaimed Curse. Me too. Agreed Kuro. The said goodnight and feel asleep on the beach...
