POLICY CHANGES FOR ORDERS. I had such an amazing 2014 and I owe a lot of it to having such great fans and customers! With the new year and business growing, I need to post a couple changes & reminders to keep everything running efficiently. 1. With the growing success of the business - I need to streamline how orders are received. Orders are processed as they are received and You have three methods of placing an order: (1) - website - aprilmichelledesigns (2) - Etsy shop (https://etsy/shop/AMDesignsTX) (3) - through the Google form. goo.gl/forms/tNgh2Nt6o5 2. Too much of the order detail is being lost when sent via Instagram, Messenger, Text, Email, etc.. So starting with 2015, I can only accept orders via one of the above three methods. This will help with time management when designing and processing orders. 3. My turnaround time is 2-3 weeks and office hours are 9am to 4pm, Monday - Friday. This is to ensure I can complete orders in a timely manner and still allow time with my family. Orders needed sooner will incur a rush fee, no exceptions. The fee is only to get your item(s) made and ready to go out faster, it does NOT include an upgrade to faster shipping. Priority or Express shipping is an additional charge. 4.
