POLICY FORUM ARMENIA: Apparently, Mr. Albert Boyajian, whose funds were claimed to have been used by the clown shown on the picture--the head of Armenias Chamber of Audit, Ishkhan Zaqaryan--to build his private residence, is a member of the Hayastan All-Armen...ian Funds Board of Trustees. This begs a question: is there a link between Mr. Boyajians tax-exempt philanthropic activities and his support of the criminal regime in Yerevan? Any ideas? The US tax authorities might be interested to know about this.
