POLITICE IN NASARAWA STATE The resignation yesterday of the Information Minister to contest for the governorship of Nasarawa State shall indeed mark the begining of the woeful end and failure of Maku. Nasarawa is too big for an ethnic champion and a religious jingo. Nasarawa is certainly not a JERUSALEM or a MECCA of that sort where people profess religion and hide under it to get what they want. Politics is a game of number and not for lip-service men. Who will by all means play the script of their paymasters in order to get a plate of porridge on their table. Makus style of politics through out his tenure is that of a jingoist whose quest to get power is synonyms with dividing the people along ethnic and religious lines to get power. Like his erstwhile Colleague JERRY GANA maku shall soon be buried in the dungeon of history and all his rantings and vituperations will sell no more. In the words of David Mark Maku talks carelessly hence trusting such character with the mantle of Nasarawas leadership will translate to nothing more than a political suicide. Nasarawa is not ready for a man who believes integrity is equal to telling Nigerians blatant lies to keep hold to power. Im not an ethnic or a religious bigot and I hate politics of religion and ethnicity and I vow this time around to use all civil and constitutional backing, even civil disturbance where need be to protect my franchise,my vote just to en throne credible leadership for the sake of our generation and our childrens generation which is in a grave danger of being short-changed. You too can have a rethink and be rational to your own psyche. I already see the wind of change and revolution in the air #My vote must count in 2015!!!
