POLITICIANS ARE SIMPLY TAKING PEOPLE FOR A RIDE AND THINK THAT CAN FOOL PUBLIC ALL THE TIME Every politcian is crying that fuel prices are rising but SUVs have not been taxed which are being driven by rich people. No upper middle class people can think of buying a SUV.Why govt. is feeling shy to tax additionally at the source is a mystery. Besides politicians and beauracrats who have the habit of travelling in a convoy of vehicles for thier security should reduce the fleet of vehicles accompanying them and this should be announced publicly. This alone will save thousands of crores in a year if implemented for Ministers,MPs and MLAs and other political posts. No where in the world security is provided to ministers and that too so heavily guarded. This should be done away with and if they cannot do away with security they have no right to remain as ministers. Sonia Gandhi has gone abroad for her treatment. Will RBI reveal how much foriegn exchange was release for her treatment and the accmpanying staff. This is a big drain on our scarce foreign exchange resources. She should have taken treatment at Vedanta,AIIMS etc which are the best in the world. Who is paying for the expenses. No VIP/VVIP should be allowed to go abroad in the national interest. Even if they have to die they should die here only in India to prove thier patriotism. Food security bill is an eye wash and no one is going to benefit. It was already in force in most of the states and this burden is unnecesarily put on the tax payer just to fulfil the dreams of some political parties. I wonder how BJP has supported the bill. There is nothing new and only a drag on central revenues. All the politicians have united and brought the bill so that convicted MPs/MLAs can fight elections and enjoy all the perks entitiled to them. Why? Will a govt. servant who has been convicted and sent to jail will continue to remain in service and get his full pay . No but a special case has been made out for MPs/MLAs. Everyone wishes that all these 158 MPs and unknown number of MLAs should not be seen in the vicinity of parliament and assemblies but they are the rulers and they frame rules favouring them even shaming court judgements. Similar is the case of RTI queries regarding political parties finances. After all the political parties are public bodies and the people have right to know from where the funds come and how the funds are spent. But this is a top secret for all the politicians and everyone came forward to modify the bill to annul the judgement of CIC There is large number of floating population of educated and uneducated persons who cannot vote due to job compusions. Say a software engineer who is registered as a voter in Delhi but is working in Banglore , misses the chance to vote. Afterall he is a citizen of India and should vote and wishes to vote but unfortunately due to job compulsions he cannot. So is the case with many construction and farm labourers and defence people. Why cannot Election Commission make some provision that all these persons can vote for sure as their movement has been restricted by some compulsions In the Coal scam 157 files have been missing. Can it be the handiwork of a single person, No , it is a handiwork of group of people. In ministerial working there are systems as to where the file is and from where the file has not come back. All those people should be removed from service without holding any further enquiry as the system itself tells the movement of file. All the convicted people whether in coal scam, common wealth games, 2 G or any other scam are roaming freely and enjoying life which sets a bad precedent to one and all to indulge in corrupt practices and get bail and nothing happens. And most of them are in parliament. Still our PM ask why people call him CHOR. Govt. expenditure must come down but there are full fledged ministries and to oversee them now there are regulatory authorities in every ministry to accomodate beauracrats after the retirement. Totally an unwarranted thing. Upper houses should be abolished as they have no meaning but to waste public money . This should be done at central and state govt. levels. They are total waste of time and money. Until unless people like Khemka and Durga shakit are decorated for their exemplary services ,India cannot move forward. These bright and brilliant officers run the country and not the politicians. Politicians are rubber stamps only, just thing a person who is high school or so how can he think big? I can quote 1000s of examples of their foolish decisions but time and space is the constraint. Stock markets keep rising as our FM keeps on tellings our FIs ,LIC,Banks to keep on buying irrespective of financial logic. Whose money is this . It is our money which is wasted on the instruction of our dearest FM who doesnot know where the economy is heading. Instead the same money can be loaned to industries so that production increase and employment is generated. Lastly I will request govt. to give liberal loans to new industries and projects which are wholly indian. That makes sense. This should be in greater form in FMCG sector and in Infrastructure. All efforts should be made to boost exports and all the bottlenecks should be removed in the process. JAI HIND JAI HIND
