For Nigeria come 2015, Change is not just constant but a necessity for the survival of the Nation; Politically, Economically, Socially, Religiously and for posterity for to hold this generation on the account of the destruction of the Greatest Black Nation that ever lived. Before now Nigeria has survived different forms of administrative misconducts and government recklessness through the period of its independent to the 2010. It has been a victim of a cold ethnic and religious war. And its ability to still hold up as a Nation with advancing quality of social tolerance resulted in the international remark, . . . Nigerians are the most HAPPIEST people on earth; which was best described in details by Late Fela Kuti in his song . .Suffering and Smiling. With all these been experienced in the past, Nigerians as stood resolute on keeping its intergrity and respecting its government institutionary authority, it rather changes and ACT before disobeying it or sacks an office before abusing it. Now, Change has become a necessity for Nigerians because: 1. IT IS ONLY WITH THIS ADMINISTRATION, A JUDGE IS BEATING UP AND THERE IS NOT PROBLEM ABOUT SUCH CONDUCT; 2. IT IS ONLY WITH THIS ADMINISTRATION, AN IGP CAN TELL A LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE THAT IT DOES NOT RECOGNIZE ITS SPEAKER AS A SPEAKER, EVEN WHEN THE COURT SUMMITED OTHERWISE, AND NOTHING IS WRONG WITH THAT CONDUCT; 3.
