POPE FRANCIS TELLS AN AUDIENCE THAT THE BIG BANG DOES NOT CONTRADICT THE CREATIVE INTERVENTION OF GOD. HE SAYS, ON THE CONTRARY, IT REQUIRES IT. . IS THE POPE RIGHT ? DID GOD TAKE MILLIONS OF YEARS TO CREATE MAN AND ANIMALS THROUGH EVOLUTION? . What does the Bible say? Does the Bible teach a “Big Bang Evolution theory? What does the Bible say? The Bible says that God creates, not like you and me with our hands but rather through the power of His Word. NOTICE: In the story of the Centurion what did the Centurion expect would heal his servant. . Now when Jesus had entered Capernaum, a centurion came to Him, pleading with Him, saying, “Lord, my servant is lying at home paralyzed, dreadfully tormented.” 7 And Jesus said to him, “I will come and heal him.” The centurion answered and said, “Lord, I am not worthy that You should come under my roof. But ONLY SPEAK A WORD, AND MY SERVANT WILL BE HEALED. . . When Jesus heard it, He marveled, and said to those who followed, “Assuredly, I say to you, I HAVE NOT FOUND SUCH GREAT FAITH, not even in Israel! And I say to you that many will come from east and west, and sit down with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven. But the sons of the kingdom will be cast out into outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.” Then Jesus said to the centurion, “Go your way; and AS YOU HAVE BELIEVED, SO LET IT BE DONE FOR YOU, AND HIS SERVANT WAS HEALED THAT SAME HOUR.” Matthew 8:5-13 . BEFORE JESUS SPOKE IT WAS NOT SO AND AFTER HE SPOKE, “IT WAS SO” . What did the Centurion (A non-Jew, Non Christian) believe would heal his servant? - The answer? He believed that Jesus “Word” would heal his servant. And Jesus here teaches that “Great Faith” is trusting God’s Word to do the work (Jesus is God –John 1:1-3). If you want saving Faith and eternal life you must believe the same thing as this Roman soldier believed. You see that is how Jesus healed people, through His Word. He spoke their healing into existence. Before He spoke they were not healed. After He spoke they were healed. And that is the key for your healing from sin. And that is the key for the Pope’s healing from sin. He, in order to be saved, must go to Jesus like the Centurion and ask Him for healing depending on Christ’s Word to heal him. Being a Pope does not guarantee him of eternal life. The Bible speaks of the Pope and of you and I and says “All have sinned” and “the wages of sin in death” Romans 3:23;6:23. . . Jesus speaks to Popes and Bishops and ministers and every man, woman, and child and says unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 18:3. That applies to everyone – no matter what his or her title is – Pope, Bishop, Minister or ordinary people. The only ones He takes to heaven and gives then eternal life are those who come to Him believing His word to cleanse them, trusting the power of His Word to provide them mercy, forgiveness, cleansing, healing and everlasting life.
