POSITION: Infrastructure Manager Education and Experience; • Relevant bachelors degree or Masters in Civil engineering or infrastructures issues. • Working with any telecommunication company within the same fields will be taken as an added advantage. • Total of 5years in the related field where 3years should be in the managerial position same field. • Key Competencies; • Good/Excellent in communication skills. • Good/Excellent supervisory skills. • Excellent /Good in Computer skills. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES; • Responsibility for planning INF development of the branch by weeks/months/quarters/ years • Manage, supervise and speed up, and deal with problems appearing during the process of INF development, ensuring the INF development’s rate & quality • Verify and keep close control of the quality of INF development • Responsibility for the planning and implementation of acceptance, striking a balance of the work. • Control human resource, labor disciplines, labor schedules • Assign tasks for chiefs of divisions and their staff, and evaluate their work efficiencies by months, weeks • Complete other tasks assigned by the General Director & Director of INF • Consult & propose to the Board of managers the solutions to INF development with good rate & quality. • Have the right to propose ides, support other departments of company, VTG’s departments • Assigned tasks & supervise his/her staff during their implementation of the tasks • Offered with Full equipment for working & enjoy policies according to the company’s regulations • Have the right to propose individuals for rewards & discipline enforcement in the department • Responsible to the Board of managers for INF development • Strictly Follow the Country & Company’s instructions, decisions, regulations, guidelines. • Ensure the confidentiality of the companys information and all information provided must receive the approval of the General Director. • Receive task from the General Director & Vice General Director • Cooperating with other departments. • Cooperating with other organizations, contractors. • Represent the company to work with other ministries/departments to complete the professional tasks assigned by the Board of managers.
