POSITION VACANT We are excited to announce were seeking an experienced order processor & customer service professional to join our team at Spell Head Quarters (Arts & Industrial Estate in Byron Bay). Youll be one of our casual order processors and be in charge of ensuring our orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner. The role combines a mix of order processing & inventory management as well as liaising regularly with our customer service department. This casual position initially offers anywhere between 12-18 hours per week. Who Are We Looking For? You will have - * A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service/order processing (preferably within a fashion or online shopping based company) * Excellent organisation and time management skills * Outstanding attention to detail and be able to work to deadlines, under pressure * Well presented, friendly with a positive can-do attitude and excellent communication skills * Accurate and fast paced data entry skills (touch typing essential) * Ability to work both in a team and individually * Motivated, enthusiastic and intuitive * Reliable, hardworking & honest * Previous experience in Shopify and/or Unleashed would be advantageous * Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office for Mac * Be available to start immediately Please submit your cover letter and CV showing expertise / experience to Lisa at - careers@spelldesigns Please note that due to the large number of applications only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
