POSITIVE NEWS in abundance today so things looking good long term on all fronts... (just those bloody nightmares to kick in to touch one day soon...) kittens off to vets for vaccinations today, going to enjoy a day of alternative music, writing emails and paving the way for a much better 2015 after a bloody awful 2014. Finally making positive steps forward in long term recovery, i have begun bowling again, I have started preparation to write my next book, will be DJing again next year for definite and am for the first time in two years thinking of positives positives positives instead of looking over my shoulder at the dark abyss that threatened to engulf me. So looking to the future should tick many of the boxes i listed on my rehab list when i first began CBT. I hope certain individuals in Kenya are getting used to the thought of confined spaces with grills..justice will prevail and you are going down for what you did... Now have a years worth of mail to catch up on but WTF at least now i am the one doing the chasing.......... you know what they say.. DONT GET MAD. GET EVEN... HELL YEAH!!
