******POSSIBLE BAIT DOG****** ANGELS NEEDED! It is rare that we get soooooo angry at the Ramona Humane Society, but this case has all of our staff hopping mad, pulling out all the stops to get this boy the love he deserves. This angel of a pooch was brought to the shelter by a concerned citizen. From the scars and marks all over his body, it seems fairly certain that the poor dog was used as a bait dog in some sort of fighting ring. He has scars and sores all over, especially his ears - one ear is shredded The dog was starving when he was found and would eat anything, but seemed to love Ritz crackers--hence his name: Ritz! With all he has been through, Ritz is still as sweet as they come and just wants to be loved. We est. his age to be 2 yrs. old & he weighs 51 lbs. Ritz is still very puppy-like, and needs YOU.
