CENTRE : High Court Thohoyandou(1), Magistrate Modimolle (1), Thabamoopo (1), Mokerong (1) and Nebo(1) REQUIREMENTS : NQF level 5/ Grade 12 and a Diploma/Degree; Proficiency in two or more indigenous languages and English; A valid driver’s license; Five years of practical experience as a Court Interpreter. Language requirements: English, Afrikaans, N. Sotho, Tsonga and Venda; Fluency in Zulu, Swazi or Shona would be an added advantage: Skills and Competencies: Computer literacy (MS Office); Good communications (written and verbal); Administration and organisational skills; Ability to maintain interpersonal relations; Accuracy and attention to detail; Managerial skills. DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Supervising Court Interpreters; Interpret in high profile cases; Manage Performance of Court Interpreters; Train and develop Court Interpreters; Attend to personnel administrative matters; Checking registers; Coordinate and compile statistics; Making arrangements for foreign language interpreters.
