POWER IS RESPONSIBILITY: I congratulate myself and my honest friends that Ogeni Ruaf Aregbesola yesterday took his mandate as the Executive Governor of Osun State. I say this because I stood by him all through even when my friends in PDP felt I am mad. My support was not for the APC . That was the only platform available for my brother Rauf to accomplish what he did in four years. I wanted to prove to the Nigerians that it does not really matter what party you support but what the party supports. I asked self the question, Will my life and the life of my children be better if I give this man my support? The answer was yes. How many of us can say that. Most of us will ask.Will my bank account be fatter. Will my cheeks be rosier? I am a man who believes in my tradition and I AM PASSIONATE ABOUT IT. I am ready to compromise a lot for my tradition but not my soul. Please those who have been trying to feed me with APC should know that I do not have headache and I have never had migraine. When Rauf first told me POWER IS RESPONSIBILITY I doubted him. Now he has proved beyond reasonable doubt that if given power some people can be responsible.. Congratulations brother. Dont forget that a man with a smiling face will always make sales.
