POWER OF THE OVERCOMERS The word NIKE, in the Greek translation, is Nikao is a meaning to have victory over, to conquer, or to overcome. You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world. 1 John 4:4 We as Christians have been doing just enough to get us into heaven. As we move into a new day everyday come fourth and don’t look back, step up and into what God has ordained for us as His children. For everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. Who is it that overcomes the world? Only the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God. 1 John 5:4-5 They overcame by the blood of the Lamb,’ or the last promise of all:-’ He that overcometh shall inherit all things. Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. Hebrews 10:38 Faith is a precious gift from God that allows us to rely on Him not ourselves, Reading Gods Word gives us the ability to receive that Word and adjust our hearts and mindsets to victory, faith comes with the word. Faith is a promise from God, it is always looking for a carrier to seize, poses and to work through. The faith we have will not overcome but has overcome, This same faith He has given to everyone and it only requires us to stay focused on the Author and the finisher (Alpha & Omega), If He spoke it He wrote it, and He if wrote it, He has to finish it!
