POWER OUTAGE LATE TONIGHT A scheduled power outage will affect Pacific Power customers between Washington Boulevard and Fort Dick tonight. The power outage will start at midnight and last about four hours as workers make repairs to the substation on Washington Boulevard near Del Norte High School, said Pacific Power spokesman Monte Mendenhall. The outage will affect 2,678 customers located west of Northcrest and Lake Earl drives, he said. For more information, call 888-221-7070.
