Description Peoples’ Party of Arunachal has a very clear and candid conception of regional development through regional planning in the framework of Indian constitution. The idea of regional political parties emerged as an alternative to the attempt of national political parties and frees its people from Bondage of High Commandism. This idea was carried on by All Leaders’ Conference on 10th April 1977 at Pasighat. Late Bakin Pertin, Tomo Riba, Tamar Karlo and others played leading role in shaping regional ideology in late 1970s.
