Answering / forwarding / making calls to our customers / suppliers and other third parties and making a record of the calls. ( you need to be able to speak English / Thai) 2. Welcome guests in the reception area ( serving coffee / tea / drinks) and make a record of the visits and take care of the recption area. 3. Represent the company in a professional manner. 4. Receive and forward emails to the relevant people. 5. Receive post and deliver to the relevant people. 6. Give the companies info to 3rd parties. 7. Posting the Pattaya Trader magazines to our customers. 8. And any other tasks as we may assign.
