Working with our team you will be responsible for 1. Answer / forward / make calls to our customers / suppliers and other third parties and make a record of the calls. ( able to speak English / Thai) 2. Guests welcome in the reception area ( serving coffee / tea / drinks) and make a record of the visits and take care of the reception area. 3. Being a representative of the company. 4. Receive / forward emails to a relevance person. 5. Receive posts and give to staff. 6. Able to give the companies info to the 3rd parties. 7. Posting the Pattaya Trader magazines to our customers. 8. And any other tasks as we may assign. You will be experienced in computer literate and have great communication skills.
