PQ getting bad attention today at Charbonneau Commission again. Ex FTQ Prez Arsenault tells Charbonneau that there was a deal proposed re Marois husband Blanchet (then DG of a FTQ union fund) that he thought was a bad idea. But he doesnt say what it was. Later when asked he says that he had no intention of corrupting then Opposition leader Marois when she might become Premier--that is was all a bad joke to say that she would be in their pocket (of FTQ and Arsenault as he says in a taped conversation heard today at CC. Unlikely explanations as it was not such a stretch that a Premier Marois might be beholden to the FTQ esp given her hubbys business and close ties there.
