PR (public relation ) Operations Executive (Logistics/ Freight Forwarding) For one of leading International freight network companies In Egypt and Middle East ( Multimodal freight Network ) MFN , We need the following positions URGENTLY ASAP :- Job Location:- Sheraton ,,Cairo 1) PR (public relation ) HAS THE ABILITY TO TRAVEL ABROAD) Responsibilities: • Participate in implementation of sales and marketing plan and related activates. • Identify and establish contact with potential customers proactively through different channels (phone and email) • Present company products/services for the target customers. • Record and sort all the daily activates using CRM Software • Follow up on client’s long-term relationship and keep it properly logged. • Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues Requirements: •Good English speaker. • Applicant should be university graduate. • At least 1 year (telemarketing OR sales OR public relation) experience is required. - (HAS THE ABILITY TO TRAVEL ABROAD) Skills: • Creative and Flexible • Being able to work under pressure and be a part of a team. • Competent communication skills and good interpersonal skills • Self-motivated and able to work largely on own initiative 2) Operations Executive (Logistics/ Freight Forwarding) Job Description Principal responsibilities: - Record, initiate enter the cargos or shipments to the logistics system to ensure existing information for further processing. - Calculate, account and provide information about the shipment statistics; weight, destination, quantity, type, charge…etc. - Perform filing and documentation issues as prescribed for them, and provide with vital assistance in keep records and following up status for under-processing shipments. - Organize and coordinate the formalities regarding the clearing of cargo or shipments at the port. - Follows procedures of reporting on performance, budgets and other reports required from time to time to the Direct Manager. Requirements: - To be considered for this position, you must have strong freight forwarding experience not less than 2 years in a freight company –(air/ocean freight). - You will also have excellent customer service capabilities with the maturity of managing major clients. -- That coupled with an ability to build and maintain client relationships, think on your feet and problem solve will stand you in good stead. - Familiarity to work with computer, Microsoft Office and Windows. - Ability to communicate in English language.
