"Voting 8-7, the Supreme Court has indefinitely extended the status quo ante order against the implementation of Republic Act 10354 otherwise known as “An Act Providing for a National Policy on Responsible Parenthood and Reproduction Health” or the RH Law. SC Information chief Theodore Te said the status quo ante order will remain effective until further order from the high court. The lapse of the SQA order was supposed to be today, Tuesday.
