The home side are playing from left-to-right in this first period. - We are only 10 minutes away from kick-off here at Turf Moor! - Burnleys four point return from their first 10 games is worse than Derbys appalling start to the 2006/07 campaign. It is the fifth worst in Premier League history, better only than Swindon 1993/94, Everton 1994/95, Manchester City 1995/96 and Crystal Palace last season. - Burnley are the 10th team who have failed to pick up a win in any of their opening 10 Premier League matches of a single season, only three of the previous nine have survived the drop after such a poor start. Dyches side will be aiming to overturn that record with a first season victory over Hull today and they have some reason to be confident having won four of the last five meetings. - Its been three games since Hulls last success and they have a particularly poor away record having won just one of their last 10 Premier League matches on the road, with four draws and five defeats. This fixture has always produced close encounters with four of the last five meetings between the sides having ended with a 1-0 scoreline. - Burnley have collected just four points so far this term, but remain only five adrift of safety and a progressive run of results would have them quickly climbing the positions in the table. It could be a timely period for them to be entertaining Hull, with Bruces men hardly in dazzling form themselves at present. They have recorded just two wins and five draws so far. - Hull subs: Rosenior, Meyler, Jakupovic, Ramirez, Robertson, Quinn, Ben Arfa. - Hull starting line-up (3-4-1-2): Harper; Davies, McShane, Chester; Elmohamady, Brady, Huddlestone, Livermore; Diame; Aluko, Hernandez. - Burnley subs: Gilks, Sordell, Mee, Kightly, Jutkiewicz, Chalobah, Keane. - Burnley starting line-up (4-4-2): Heaton; Ward, Shackell, Duff, Trippier; Boyd, Jones, Marney, Arfield; Ings, Barnes. - TEAM NEWS! Two changes for Hull, Steve Harper and Sone Aluko start in place of Eldin Jakupovic and Hatem Ben Arfa. Michael Dawson and Alex Bruce are out through ankle and hamstring injuries respectively while Nikica Jelavic and Robert Snodgrass will both sit out due to knee problems. Gaston Ramirez is available again after being ineligible to face his parent club Southampton last week. - TEAM NEWS! Burnley are without Steven Reid in their ranks, the experienced defender has missed six weeks with a groin problem. Reids absence adds to the home sides woes with Matt Taylor and Sam Vokes also in the treatment room, the pair are nursing calf and knee ligament injuries respectively. - Hello and welcome to live coverage of todays Premier League clash between Burnley and Hull City.
