PRESS RELEASE FROM THE ARKANSAS STATE HIGHWAY & TRANSPORTATION DEPT: The Arkansas State Highway & Transportation Dept will be performing pavement repair operations at the intersection of Hwy 65, and Hwy 8 in Eudora starting at 8:00 a.m. July 29, 2013. This repair will consist of removing two inches of old rough asphalt, and then re-laying new asphalt in the intersection to restore the ride smoothness. Motorists should anticipate flaggers, and delays in areas where lanes will be closed. Alternate routes should be considered during lane closures. This work will last for approximately 5 days. For additional information, call 870-534-1612 during regular business hours.
