PRESS RELEASE January 21, 2014 On January 16, 2014 31-year old Maurice Lucan Fowler of Easton, Maryland was served a criminal summons by the Easton Police Department. Fowler was charged with one count of Theft less the $100.00. The charge stems from incidents that occurred from January 14, 2014. Fowler allegedly entered East End Liquors, taking a half gallon of Canadian Mist Liquor and exiting the store without paying for it. The Canadian Mist Liquor has a value of $16.99. Fowler was identified through surveillance video. On January 16, 2014 officers responded to the area of 11 Jowite St. Apt. 405 Easton, Maryland for a domestic assault. Upon arrival, Officers met with the victim. The male subject Tyron Maurice Green, 30, of Easton, MD had left the area. Officers were unable to locate Green. The victim advised that she and Green had got into an argument. The argument lead to a physical altercation in which Green is accused of punching the victim in the face and choking her until she almost lost consciousness. The victim had injuries consistent with her statement. The victim was then transported to the commissioner’s office to apply for charges against Green. The Talbot County District Court Commissioner issued an arrest warrant for Green charging him with 1 count of 1st Degree Assault, 1 count of 2nd Degree Assault and 1 count of Reckless Endangerment. Later that afternoon, Green turned himself in at the Easton Police Department. Green was released by the court commissioner. On January 20, 2014 a Talbot County District Court Bench Warrant was served on Danielle B Louise Houchins, 27 of Annapolis, Maryland. Houchins failed to appear in Talbot County District Court on January 6, 2014 for a charge of Violation of a rental agreement. She was released by the court commissioner.
