PRESS RELEASE On 06-13-2014 Carroll County Sheriffs’ office received a call of a runaway female, Treyli Blackwell, from the Alpena, Ar area. During the course of the investigation several friends and family were interviewed which revealed that she left without telling anyone. The investigation also revealed that she used her cell phone and numerous social media outlets to make friends and talk to people online. Sgt. Daniel Klatt, who specializes in computer and cell phone forensics and is a member of the Internet Crimes Against Children taskforce, began investigating her social media habits and cell phone records. During this time, Klatt processed close to 1,000 pages of data obtained from phone records, social media and the internet and was able to develop two potential suspects in the case. Once it was determined that she left with an individual she met on the internet, the FBI agreed to assist in the case. Using the information Klatt gathered from the records, Klatt was able to get FBI agents as well as local law enforcement agencies in contact with numerous family members of the suspects and was able to quickly confirm that she was in the company of one of the known suspects, Jason Gregg Delbosque. The interviews also showed that Treyli had taken steps to alter her appearance. Based on the further data analysis and interviews it was determined that they were last seen in the Stevenville / Dublin Tx. area. Local investigators were able to develop and confirm further information that Treyli had changed her appearance and did not seem to be distressed. The information also led them to a local business where the two were seen. Surveillance video from the store showed the two in the store which allowed investigators to confirm the identities of the Treyli and Delbosque. On 06-24-2014 Officers from the Deleon Police Department received a tip on the location of Treyli and Delbosque. A short time later both were in police custody. Delbosque is currently in the Comanche Co. Jail and Treylie is back in the custody of the parents. The Carroll County Sheriffs Office would like to thank the Arkansas, Texas and Georgia Bureau’ s of the FBI, Erath County Sheriffs Office, Comanche County Sheriffs Office, Stevenville Police, Deleon Police, Dublin Police, Cherokee Police, Harper Co. Sheriffs Office and the Lawrenceville, Ga Police Department for all their hard work in this case. This was truly a team effort by all agencies involved that brought this case to a successful conclusion.
