PRESS RELEASE Poe rises from the dead at Public Square Imagine watching a one-man live performance by someone considered as one of the finest experts in the country on Poe where John Kiste will thrill, chill and invite you into the mind of the master of psychological thrillers while you are sitting in the comfort and safety of your own favorite lawn chair. This live outdoor performance is free where you will also be making history, just like Mr. Poe. The performance will take place at the amphitheater on Public Square located in the heart of the arts and entertainment area in historic downtown Canal Fulton. Historically, Public Square was the area where the upper genteel socialized and the different arts and entertainment venues shared and enjoyed by all. Downtown Canal Fulton is a cool canal era town where this performance could be the first live professional performance to take place on Public Square, in more than 100 years. This free event takes place on Saturday August 17, 2013. Bring your lawn chairs and your snacks and/or enjoy some fantastic hotdogs with the fixings offered by the Canal Fulton Lion’s Club for just $.25 and a soda for $.50 where good old fashion values are still a way of life. Starting at 7:00 pm there will be vendors to visit and listen to music by Watchful Eye. The Poe performance starts at 8:45 pm. The Warehouse on the Canal is home to the Edgar Allan Poe Theater in Ohio. In the event of inclement weather, the entire event including the vendors and food will take place at the Warehouse located only one-half block away starting at 7:00 pm. The Warehouse on the Canal and Canal Fulton Tours that packages your memories and experiences together sponsors this event. End:
