PRESS RELEASE September 10, 2014 On September 5, 2014 Robert Gatewood, Jr. of Easton, MD was charged on criminal citations with disorderly conduct and intoxicated endangerment. Officers responded to the Side Tracked Saloon for an unwanted subject. The owner pointed to a person, Gatewood, who was stumbling away from the business. When officers made contact with Gatewood, he became loud and causing a disturbance. Gatewood was asked to stop yelling and to leave the area. Gatewood headed toward a group of people saying he wanted to fight, but was re-directed by the officers. When Gatewood punched a tree, ripped off a branch and then attempted to damage a sign pole, he was taken into custody. Gatewood was later released after being issued the citations. On September 6, 2014 Autumn Wiltbank, 27, of Easton, MD was charged on a criminal summons with theft less than $1000 and theft less than $100. Wiltbank is accused of stealing a gold diamond cut necklace and a gold ring from a residence in the 400 block of August Street.
