PRESS STATEMENT BY BORNO PDP YOUTH ALLIANCE Senator (Dr.) Ali Sherrif was never at any time has sponsored or attempt to sponsor or has given any support to anybody to sponsor boko harm. This is a well orchestrated attempt, planned and executed by the All progressive congress APC. The Chief planner is the blood sucking, unpopular, kleptomaniac and savage Governor of Borno State Kashim Shettima. The so called Australian investigator- Dr. Stephen Davis was hosted in Borno State Government house, started the purported investigation and concluded in the same government house. The recent dangerous outburst by the State Chairman of All progressive congress (APC) Ali Bukar Dalori that HE Dr.Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and all PDP members are the sponsors of Boko Haram when some scanty members of Monday market APC visited him was the beginning of yesterday’s damning blackmail against the indomitable Senator (Dr.) Ali Sherrif. The Directorate of State Security services should invite the State APC Chairman to substantiate his claims.It should be noted however that Governor Shettima is a serial lair. Many of us know that the habitual drunkard, womanizer and corrupt former FCT minister Nasir Elrufal is fond of sharing baseless and unfounded blackmails in his caricartuous facebook page, just like his allegations that General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida is the Chief Sponsorer of Boko Haram and many other notable Nigerians. When he was asked to substantiate his statement, he simply said he shared a link. Elrufai is known to write many nasty things about PDP because he is no longer in Government. People should disregard this joker. It’s a general knowledge that the Nigeria Army crushed and handled Boko Haram appropriately during the tenure of Senator (Dr.) Ali Sherrif as Governor before he hand over to this reckless Governor only to discover later that they have resurfaced and re-armed. This culminated into series of targeted assassination against Senator (Dr.) Ali Sherrif political associates, friends and family members. And Up to now, the impact is being felt in Maiduguri and other local Governments. We wish to categorically inform the General public that this allegation is baseless, balderdash, unfounded and crooked at a time when the Governor is pass losing almost all his popularity and people are sick and yearning for change and PDP is waxing stronger day by day in Borno State. We urged the public to disregard this cheap blackmail and banana republic statement. Borno PDP youth Alliance cannot sit and watch the name of the President Federal Republic of Nigeria HE Dr.Goodluck Ebele Jonathan and all PDP members in the State and the nation at large to be driven in mud by political scavengers in the APC . The APC has a lot to do to solve their domestic issues nationally and in Borno state after about four years, there is no meaningful and people oriented well executed and utilized project.
