PRETZEL SALAD (Had a lot of request for this, here it is) CRUST: 1-1/2 C. CRUSHED PRETZELS 1 STICK MELTED MARGARINE 1/2 C. SUGAR DIRECTIONS: Mix and pat into a 9 x 13 inch pan. BAKE: 325 degrees for 7 minutes.. FILLINGS: 1 (8 OZ) CREAM CHEESE 1/2 C. POWDERED SUGAR 1 (OZ) COOL WHIP 1 LARGE BOX STRAWBERRY JELLO 2 C. BOILING WATER 1 (15OZ) CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE, DRAINED 1 PKG FRESH STRAWBERRIES, (can use frozen if not available) DIRECTIONS: Mix the cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip together. Spread over the crust. Dissolve the jello in boiling water. Add the pineapple and the strawberries, Mix well. Pour over the Cool Whip Mixture, REFRIGERATE...ENJOY ****Working on my cookbook getting a publisher, let you know when they are ready....finally...I am going to have I, and II....
