PROBLEM SOLVED Seeing that there is a problem is the first step in solving it. Knowing what the problem is is the second step. Taking the problem to the Lord is the next and this step should be repeated until you get an answer. The final step is implementing the counsel given in the previous step. We need to realize that there is nothing too hard for the Lord and also, there is nothing too trivial we can take to Him. Lifes problems will either draw us closer to the Lord or drive us far away. It works in our marriages as well. Problems can make a weak relationship stronger but they can also break the strongest. Tragedy can yield a divorce or a second and more lasting honeymoon. They can cleave toward each other or cleave from each other. Even on the cross, Jesus prayed to the Father. What are your words on your particular cross? Who are they spoken to? Are they bitter complaints or are they beseeching for help? Do your problems take you to your prayer closet or to a pity party? The rest of your life, the future of your relationships, your mental and physical health hangs in the balance. Take the steps mentioned above and things will soon get better and you will be the better for it. From every stormy wind that blows, through every swelling tide that blows, there is a place on earth most sweet, tis found beneath the mercy seat. Climbing this ladder is hard work but falling down it is dangerous.
