PROFESSOR CHUKWU FORMALLY PURCHASES HIS GOVERNORSHIP FORM It was celebration galore yesterday as the former Minister of Health, Professor Christian Onyebuchi Chukwu fleshed out his gubernatorial ambition by formally purchasing the PDP governorship ticket at the partys National Office, Abuja. Supporters, friends and well wishers from Ebonyi state and beyond were at hand to give him solidarity support and witness the event live. The Chukwu Support Group (CSG) which is an assemblage of friends and well wishers cutting across all parts of the state and wards chartered buses to convey members to Abuja for the event. Some chairmen of LGAs were not left out in the event as some of them went with dancing groups from Ebonyi state to add color to the exercise. However, the main celebration will come up Tuesday next week when the governorship aspirant will return the form preparatory to his formal declaration in Ebonyi. All intending members of the Chukwu Support Group whether resident in Ebonyi state or outside, including indigenes and non indigenes are hereby called upon to send their contact phone numbers so that they could be contacted for the next meeting of CSG. We shall not rest until we see a new dawn in Ebonyi State!
