PROJECT MANAGER - Radar Team (UAE NATIONAL) - Infinite Technology & Solutions LLC: Languages: Arabic and English Nationality: UAE Nationals Years of experience: Min. of 8-10 years of experience in the same or related field Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree or any equivalent degree and/or higher in the specialized field. Professional certificates are preferred. Short Overview of the Roles & Responsibilities: • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end • Define project scope, goals and deliverable that support business goals in collaboration with senior management. • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and senior management in a timely and clear fashion • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals • Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary • Determine and assess need for additional staff and / or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools • Track project milestones and deliverables • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals requirements documentation, and presentations • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management • Project Management related software such as MS Project. • Tools and techniques to identify risks/issues during the course of a project and find ways to mitigate/solve them. • Cost/Benefit analysis techniques. • Developing business cases for various business needs. • Strong familiarity with the product • Concentrate on safety procedures while working on site Specialized Skills and competencies:-Intermediate Level • BUSINESS FUNDAMENTALS - Applying knowledge of basic business principles, trends, and economics to work activities. • NAVIGATING THE PUBLIC SECTOR - Understands the workings of the Government and how to achieve results in this environment. • CUSTOMER AND PERSONAL SERVICE - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. • DEMONSTRATE MANAGEMENT ACUMEN - Operate effectively within the company and partners; effectively manage people, resources, and risk. • RISK ASSESSMENT AND MANAGEMENT - Developing a structured approach to managing uncertainty and evaluating, assuming, and mitigating risks. • TECHNOLOGY APPLICATIONS IN COMMUNICATIONS - Maintaining an awareness of technological advances and applying appropriate technology to transportation, distribution, communications and logistics processes. • REGULATIONS - Compliance with relevant local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations that impact the transportation, distribution, and logistics industry. • SAFETY AMD SECURITY - Assessing and managing risks associated with safety and security. • CUSTOMER/CLIENT SERVICE - Initiative to build a customer base and customer loyalty.
